Supervison
Supervision helps us reflect on our work and better understand ourselves and our counselling relationships. As your supervisor I would offer you support and a place for you to explore your work and find your ground.
I like to draw on creativity in this process using art, writing practices and sand trays, and cards. I have a special interest in compassion focused approaches and aim to help your develop your own internal self compassionate supervisor. I offer an open, caring relationship so that we can work together to offer the most effective counselling or helping relationship to our clients.
I am currently completing my Counselling Supervision qualification with CSTD https://www.cstdbath.co.uk/
I use the 7 eyed model - Hawkins and Shohet's model and aim to create a , helpful and creative space for you. .
I have been involved with Bristol Insight Meditation since 2016 and have a regular meditation and yoga practice.
