There's growing evidence about the benefits of therapy outdoors - for some people its less intense than sitting in a room with a therapist for others nature is a resource and something that can help them in their therapeutic journey
How It Works
I work on Durdham Downs Bristol and Leigh Woods and offer therapy sessions walking and talking - a lot of people find it easier to talk outside. If this is you please get in touch to find out more.
